Two beads grown naturally as one: Shiva and Parvati together
A Gauri Shankar is two rudrakshas that grew naturally joined. The tradition sees in it Shiva and Parvati as one, and keeps it for harmony in marriage and between the members of a family — worn, or placed in the puja room.
Choose the bead: from Java, about 22 mm, or from Nepal, 28 to 34 mm, 35 to 38 mm, or a collector bead of 39 mm and above. Nepali beads are larger and rarer; the largest are the rarest of all.
